CHARACTERISTIC

Henan Zhongzhou Fuman Co., Ltd. was established on March, 2005. We have been taking precise forging of automotive parts as our main business since then. Our endeavors in R&D these years made us gain the honor of High Technology Enterprise at National Level. 425 people and 18 forging lines we have contribute to 80,000 Tons capacity and $65 Million revenue. Transmission shaft parts, spindle, piston and steering arm shaft, steering knuckle, king pin and blank gear are our preponderant products.

We have already qualified the certifications like ISO/TS16949 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series and so on.

Eighteen forging lines we have consist of one 4000T hot die forging press, two 2500T hot die forging presses, four 2500T High Power Screw Press Lines, two 1250T Hot Extrusion Lines and other forging equipments like hammers and cross wedge-rolling lines. Besides these, we have four automated heat treatment lines, two die machining centers，dozens of CNC machines and so on.

Different products are sent to many famous customers all over the world, like Man, Mercedes-Benz(indirect export), ArvinMeritor, JCB and Chrysler from abroad and FAW, Dongfeng Motor, Sinotruk and Hande axle in China.
